The Ornament Shop Return Policy
To return an item to The Ornament Shop you must first call us at (419) 427-8506 and inform us that an item is being returned. All items must be returned in the same condition that they were sent out as. Items must be shipped back in a sturdy shipping box like the item was shipped to you in. Items shipped in envelopes and bubble mailing envelopes will be refused. We ask that items be returned promptly and packaged with appropriate packaging material to ensure safe arrival. Please include a copy of your invoice as well.
There is a 15% restocking charge on returned merchandise. This fee is not charged if there is an error on the part of The Ornament Shop. We do not refund shipping charges. Should you receive a damaged item, we must be notified within 10 days of receipt and you will be instructed how to return the item for exchange or refund. In the event you wait beyond the 10 day period a refund or exchange will not be given.
No refunds will be given after 60 days of date of purchase.
