The Ornament Shop is open from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM EST. However you can order online 24 hrs a day. If you have questions about an order, please call during the time listed above.

You may also call (419) 427-8506 and place an order. We take VISA, Mastercard, AMEX and Discover. We also will take checks, but ask that you call and check on availability prior to sending a check. We will hold an item for you for 10 days. If we do not receive your check within the 10 days we will sell the item to another customer.

Check orders are held 7 days to allow for your check to clear.

    $100 - $200   -                    $10.00
 each additional $100  - add $1.00

Shipping may be higher if quantities of ornaments are ordered. Charge will be based on weight.

Overnight shipping is available for an additional charge.

Sales Tax of 6.75% is charged on all Ohio residents. All orders over $100 are shipped insured.

There is a 15% restocking charge on returned merchandise. This fee is not charged if there is an error on the part of The Ornament Shop.

Should you receive a damaged item, we must be notified within 10 days of receipt and you will be instructed how to return the item for an exchange or refund. In the event you wait beyond the 10 day period a refund or exchange will not be given.
