How to delete an item in the cart

To delete an item in the shopping cart, click the X to the right of the item.  If you are using a phone you may need to turn the phone side ways to see the X.

  

Common reasons why order won't go through

1.  Make sure you have entered the state information in the checkout information.

2. Billing information must use the billing address associated with the credit card.  You can enter a different address in the Shipping information that appears after the Billing area.

3.  If you ordering an item to ship to someone else make sure you enter your name and billing address associated with your credit card in the billing area.  Then enter the name and address of where you would like the package sent in the shipping section.  Please make sure you have correct shipping address when shipping to someone else.

4.  If you are shipping to multiple addresses you will have to place each shipment as a separate order.

 

Do we ship internationally?

Yes we ship internationally.  Shipping charge will calculate in the Checkout process.  You will get the option to approve or disapprove the shipping charge.  Canadian orders have a charge included so there is reduced customs fees.
