How to Order from The Ornament Shop

The Ornament Shop is open from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM EST.

However, you can order online 24 hrs a day. If you have questions about an order, please call during the times listed above.

You may also call us and place an order. We take VISA, Mastercard, AMEX and Discover. We also take checks and money orders, but ask that you call and check availability prior to sending a check. We will hold an item for you for 10 days. If we do not receive payment within 10 days we will sell the item to another customer.

Check orders are held 7 business days to allow for the check to clear (If you are in a hurry we suggest using a money order or credit card).

Shipping Charges are as Follows:

Under $100                      $8.50
$100 - $200                    $15.00

Each Additional $100: Add $1.50

Shipping may be higher if large quantities of ornaments are ordered. Charge will be based on weight.

Overnight shipping is available for an additional charge.

International Shipping is Available.

For most countries you can order online and if your country is listed in the checkout, the system will calculate the cost of shipping. You will be shown the shipping charge and will be able to process or cancel the order after seeing the shipping total. If your country is not listed please email us and we can quote you a shipping charge.  Customs, VAT and Duty fees are the responsibility of the customer on all international sales.  All prices are in U.S Dollars.

We no longer ship to the UK or the EU.


Sales Tax of 6.50% is charged to all Ohio residents. All orders over $100 are shipped insured.

There is a 15% restocking charge on returned merchandise. This fee is not charged if there is an error on the part of The Ornament Shop. We do not refund shipping charges.

Should you receive a damaged item, we must be notified within 10 days of receipt and you will be instructed how to return the item for exchange or refund. In the event you wait beyond the 10 day period a refund or exchange will not be given. Should you not receive your order we must be notified of the problem within 45 days from the order date.

No refunds will be given after 60 days of date or purchase.
